Bulls vs Heat

If the Bulls want to win, don't double.  Play man to man and force the  Heat to get nothing but twos.  If they drive, don't foul.  That is the secret.  Derrick Rose needs more help on offense.  Not enough offense.  We need people who can drive and kick out for open shots (threes)

Red Sox lineup

1.  Pedroia

2.  Xander

3.  Ortiz

4.  Napoli

5.  Victorino

6.  Ellsbury

7.  Ross

8.  Quintin Berry

9.  Pitcher

Bulls vs Heat continued

Heat..start chalmers, james, wade, bosh, , and oden because he needs his experience

lock up wade on rose, oden  on noah, bosh on boozer, wade on deng, james on butler

Bulls vs Heat

Trap Rose whenever he gets the ball, give no open threes to the Bulls, play them man to man, when you trap Rose, bring your center to the top, make sure the other forward slides over to stop the easy dunk.  Sub your forwards frequently and foul if you have to.  Make them earn it from the line.

On offense, go after Rose.  Beware of the zone.  If they play zone, run my square offense.  No isolations, mix it up with post-ups and open threes.  Break this team apart with threes.

Timberwolves and Pistons

Play the Timberwolves man to man, post-up as much as you can, isolate, draw the double team only downlow and kick it out for open shots..not too many 3's this game unless you can get Bynum or whoever is point guard to penetrate..big men on the Timberwolves are weak..so take advantage.  The Timberwolves have no offense either.  Take away their 3 point shooting.

Red Sox vs Cardinals

If the Red Sox want to win, Lachey needs to go to his secondary pitches early.  Less fastballs and more curveballs and changeups.

On offense, wait for Wacha's fastballs and changeups and breaking balls and hit them for basehits.  Wait on his sliders, then let Ortiz and Napoli do all the damage.  All the other players try to take the walk.

Detroit Tigers Shakeup

1.  Get rid of Joaquin Benoit.  Sign Brian Wilson

2.  Get rid of Smyly, Infante, Sanchez, Kelly,

3.  Get rid of Jackson, bring back Granderson

4.  Bring in Mark McGwire, Larry Rotschild, get of Lloyd McClenden and Jones

Cardinals and Falcons

Blitz the Cardinals and blitz them frequently.  DB Blitzes, force them to use nothing but the flats.

4-6 all the way. This will make them one dimensional.  We want them to run the football.  Double and show different packages against Fitzgerald to confuse him.

On offense, same thing.  This time, throw plenty of slants.  Use all receivers.  Throw more WR screens, get everyone involved.  This time, also, run the football a little bit more.  This way we can get into our playaction early.  Then, we will take over the game.  Remember, screens, trick plays, flea flickers, get Gonzalez going.  He has alot left.  Get him going mostly on 2nd and 3rd down.  Just remember to mix it up.  He can't do it all by himself.

Dodgers vs Cardinals

He's not going to give you much to hit in the first few innings.  Wear him out.  Protect the plate.  Take Walks.

Then, when he is throwing nothing but balls he will be forced to pitch strikes.  Take advantage by this and rout.  I predict the Dodgers.

Tigers vs Red Sox

Watch out for the walks by Lester.  He's not going to go after you guys until later innings.  Wait.  Force him to pitch to you.  His era doesn't mean anything.  Protect the plate.

Keep your eye on the ball.  Mix it up in the later innings.

Go after these Red Sox hitters except for Victorino and Ortiz.  They are the only ones that get this team going.

Tigers vs Red Sox

1.  Hunter

2.  Dirks

3.  Cabrera

4.  Fielder

5.  Martinez

6.  Peralta

7.  Avila

8. Jackson

9.  Infante

Falcons vs Buccaneers

Mix it up against this Buccaneers defense.  They have size.  Not too many runs.  Just enough to go into your playaction early.  Then,  spread them out.  Their weakness is their experience.  They have none.  Except for Revis.  Force them into going into a zone.  Then, score at will.

On defense, run my 4-6.  Run different plays against Vincent Jackson.  Double, sometimes.  Act like zone towards him then go in for the pick.

Lions vs Bengals

Gameplan:  The Bengals are a pass defense.  They can't tackle.  Their corners are short.

See if you can pound the football with two or three running backs.  If this doesn't work, air it out with Stafford and the tight ends and Johnson.  This game should be over quickly.  The Lions should win.

Run a 4-6 defense.  Put Mathis on Green.  Play man to man.  Double him occasionally and give different looks on the blitz.  Force them to use the flats for their only plays.  Then when they get to the goaline, run that 4-6.

The Bengals aren't going to score many points.

Detroit Lions

Put Reggie Bush as a wide receiver along side with Calvin Johnson.  Use your tight ends down the field.

Spread the ball out.  Calvin Johnson doesn't have to do it all by himself.  Rest him during the season.  I like Nate Burleson in the slot.  Also Reggie Bush will be devastating in the slot.

  Run a 4-6 defense.

Atlanta Falcons

Run my 4-6 defense

On offense, put Rodgers the running back out as a receiver.  Run more screens, All screens.  WR screens, RB screens, tight end screens to Gonzalez.

Do some trickery.  Especially on the first play of the game.  Flea Flickers.

Stop running the football.  Make some reverse plays.  Put the ball in Matt Ryans hands!

Detroit Pistons

Sub and sub quickly.  This team has alot of fire power.  Billups needs to mentor the younger rookies especially Silva.  He will be key on defense and key on 3's.  Bynum can work with the younger rookies too.

Josh Smith and the others can lead to alot of fire power if used correctly.  In this case, off the bench.  See if Sheed can teach him more post up moves.

Also you can switch up the starting lineups.

Detroit Pistons

Spread the floor out.  You guys need to get your spacing right.  Then, wait on the double team.  Your whole team is so good that they have got to double the whole team at least once one game at a time.

Start Billups, Jennings,  Bynum, Drummond, and Monroe.

You can launch threes.  Then, Bynum can do his own thing and kick it out for an open shot.  This will be open all day.  Jennings can go one on one and kick it out for an open shot.  Use Billups as a decoy.  We need him healthy for the whole season.  Replace him in the starting lineup sometimes with Stuckey.

Fastbreak, half court, offense will work.

On defense, come together as a team.  Zone will really help.2-1-2 zone will help.
