Play a small zone at the free throw line, and play halfway between the three point line and free throw line, but dont forget to rebound....the rest play man to man..this is made especially to stop Carmelo.
on offense, take it inside, again if the double team comes, kick it out for an open shot. The lane should be open all night long.
