Trade Avila, leave Pena as your ultimate catcher....we need more speed at the top and bottom of the lineup..mostly at the bottom...let go of jackson...bring back Granderson..make a few trades..go via free agency as well..we definitely need a new closer..if you do all these things, we will be set
